Sachili Summer Corn
- 4 tbs. mayonnaise (vegan-based mayo works well too!)
- 1 tbsp. Sachili Original Spice or Oil
- Crumbled Feta (or Mexican Cotija Cheese)
- Freshly chopped coriander
- Blanch corn for 5 minutes in boiling water
- Grill for 2-4 minutes in desired char level
- Mix mayonnaise and your choice of Sachili topping
- Smear mayo mixture all over the corn then sprinkle feta on top
- Sprinkle with coriander and lime
