Sachili Summer Corn


  • Corn
  • 4 tbs. mayonnaise (vegan-based mayo works well too!)
  • 1 tbsp. Sachili Original Spice or Oil
  • Crumbled Feta (or Mexican Cotija Cheese)
  • Freshly chopped coriander
  • Lime


  1. Blanch corn for 5 minutes in boiling water
  2. Grill for 2-4 minutes in desired char level
  3. Mix mayonnaise and your choice of Sachili topping
  4. Smear mayo mixture all over the corn then sprinkle feta on top
  5. Sprinkle with coriander and lime
