Sachili Basic Hummus


  • 15 oz. organic chickpeas
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • A squeeze of lemon juice
  • Your choice of Sachili topping


  1. Rinse the organic chickpeas and blend with garlic, tahini, olive oil, salt, and lemon juice.
  2. Transfer into a serving bowl and add a generous dollop of Sachili.
  3. Use as a dip for a cracker of choice (we love these gluten-free beet crackers!) or lightly toasted pita/bread.
