- 15 oz. organic chickpeas
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- pinch of salt
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- Your choice of Sachili topping
- Rinse the organic chickpeas and blend with garlic, tahini, olive oil, salt, and lemon juice.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and add a generous dollop of Sachili.
- Use as a dip for a cracker of choice (we love these gluten-free beet crackers!) or lightly toasted pita/bread.
