Fried Dumplings and Sachili Tzatziki


Ready Made Dumplings of your Choice (We use PC brand)
Green Onion
Peanut Oil (or any other oil of your choice)
Sesame Seeds
Half a Cucumber
1 clove garlic
Plain Yogurt
Fresh Dill
Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper
Sachili Oil Topping


1.Peel and grate the Cucumber into a dish, put in teaspoon of salt and let it sit for 5 minutes then drain the water

2.Add yogurt, minced garlic, Dill, lemon and Sachili

1.Turn up your frying pan or wok to high and pour in 3 tbsp peanut oil

2. Let the oil heat up, add dumplings and fry until one side is golden brown. Get the cover for your frying pan ready, add 1/3 cup of water or stock to the pan and cover for 4 minutes or until liquid has evaporated.

3. Remove cover, add Sachili oil to the dumplings and then fry on the side you added the oil to. Add sliced green onion and sesame.

4. Serve with Sachili Tzatziki for a great fusion snack
